Rancho Bella Rosa is proudly owned and operated by Joe and Arlene Castorena, a husband-and-wife team deeply committed to building a welcoming, professional, and family-oriented equestrian community.
With strong business backgrounds and experience operating multiple successful businesses throughout Colorado, Joe and Arlene bring a unique combination of operational excellence, vision, and passion to Rancho Bella Rosa. Their goal has been to thoughtfully restore, improve, and elevate the facility while preserving the heart of the equestrian community that has existed here for many years.
Joe comes from a family with deep ranching roots and lifelong experience with horses and livestock, with family ranches in both Mexico and California. His practical horse knowledge, hands-on approach, and understanding of ranch life have played a major role in shaping the care, functionality, and daily operations of the facility.
Arlene brings extensive business management, operations, and organizational experience, with a strong focus on customer experience, long-term facility improvements, communication, and creating a welcoming environment for both horses and riders.
Together, Joe and Arlene are committed to continually investing in Rancho Bella Rosa to create a safe, beautiful, and thriving equestrian destination where riders of all levels can feel at home.
